Limited-Time Collaboration Package Offer

 For the purposes of the Limited-Time Collaboration Package Offer (the “Offer”), the term “new customer” shall mean any person or entity that purchases one or more new M400 Kits¹ between August 12^th, 2024, and January 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

For the purposes of the Offer, the term “existing customer” shall mean any person or entity that purchased one or more M400 Kits¹ on or before August 11^th, 2024, and that has one or more active licenses for one or more Vuzix-Authored Video Conferencing Applications².

Any new customer that makes a purchase of one or more M400 Kits¹ during the Promotion Period will be eligible 12-months of free access to any of the Vuzix-Authored Video Conferencing Applications². When downloading one or more of the Vuzix-Authored Video Conferencing Applications on the Vuzix App Store, an eligible customer can select the “Free Collaboration Package Plan” at during checkout. All purchases will be subject to Vuzix’ standard terms and conditions of sale.

For all existing customers, Vuzix will automatically apply an extension of six (6) months to any license/access period for any existing customer that has one or more active licenses for one or more Vuzix-Authored Video Conferencing Applications² .

The offer is only available to new customers and existing customers from locations listed on our Available Countries page. New and existing customers who have purchased through one of our global partners rather than directly through Vuzix are also eligible to participate in the Offer.
