Shipping Policy
Vuzix process all orders within three (3) to five (5) businesses days of receipt of proof of payment. Most orders will take between three (3) to ten (10) days to receive once shipped. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the carrier selected to fulfill the delivery. Although Vuzix is not responsible for delays by the carrier or delays caused by customs, Vuzix will relay any expected delays to you as soon as possible. You are responsible for all relevant customs fees, duties, and taxes. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by Vuzix to the carrier.
