M400 Version 1.1.1 available

Adds support for the Vuzix companion app which runs on most iOS and Android phones and tablets.
Adds the MicroG replacement for Google Play Services. This allows location and cloud messaging to the M400.
Provides full compatibility to the Vuzix Barcode SDK version 1.4 and higher.
Adds the Android Management API to enroll and provision a new device.
Corrects minor user interface issues.
Fixes a problem that caused the camera preview to freeze or update very slowly.
