The Vuzix CV-40 waveguide is specifically optimized for helmet-mounted and vertical integration in defense HUDs, with a 40° field of view and DLP light engine at 1280 × 720 resolution. Combined with Vuzix Incognito technology to reduce forward light leakage, the CV-40 supports low-signature operation. Custom waveguide geometries beyond the standard configurations are also developed for defense OEM programs with specific form factor or performance requirements.
