• Taking augmented reality to the max!
maxReality™ is a virtual and augmented reality authoring system that brings Autodesk® 3ds Max or 3ds Max Design® content to life.

Autodesk 3ds Max and 3ds Max Design are the premium application for the creation of 3D objects and creations ranging from equipment and architectural designs to life-like animated character or aliens invading earth in the latest computer game.

With little more than a few mouse clicks, you can bring your 3ds Max creations into an interactive 2D or 3D virtual or augmented reality world. You can place a building on your desktop and turn or view it from any angle. You can even open doors and immerse yourself inside a room. Or view a real automotive engine and see how computer generated parts are removed or serviced. With maxReality, your worlds and the objects in it are limited only by your imagination.

maxReality consists of two parts: the maxReality plug-in for Autodesk 3ds Max and the maxReality Viewer, a free application for viewing maxReality virtual or augmented reality scenes.

Meet "Vuzar" the Vuzix augmented reality mascot and see maxReality in action. Can be viewed on a Windows computer equipped with a webcam or Vuzix AR video eyewear.
